Here are the answers to some of your most asked questions.
When will my package ship?
Turnaround time for Kawaii Moon Polish orders is 2-5 days. If there is a large amount of orders or any delays I will make sure to inform you prior to this via Instagram or Facebook. We provide tracking for every single order to ensure the delivery of your package, however, we are not responsible if it gets lost or stolen.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of the product we currently do not accept returns or refunds.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your Kawaii Moon Polish arrives damaged please e-mail us a picture within 24 hours to [email protected] with 'Damaged Shipment' in the subject line. We will assess every case thoroughly and if it's an error on our behalf we will cheerfully refund your purchase amount or reship a fresh order to you in no time.
